INTRODUCTION:

The history begin with a plane crash on a desert island where only children survived, Ralph, Jack, Piggy, Simon, Roger, Sam and Eric, are the principal characters, they struggle for survive, at the start very close but finally have problems and all were separated.

CONTENT:
In this story known to us the importance of the organization and the democracy, because they chose a leader according to the ideas of all, besides each children has a specific activity to do, and the most important is that each character respects the moral standards, also the leader was chosen to has a good charisma and has a good ideas, in lot of times he has been support by Piggy, though finally his supporters betrayed him.
Is important the teamwork, this shown to us that work individually is bad, because Jack to did this and had a lot of problems with Ralph, that came up to break the rules by the ambition to be leader.
With the actions of Piggy, we can realize that when have the truth we have to be brave and defend our ideas even though we know it is dangerous, and we should be heard and not act violently, because the dialogue is essential to reach a good decision.
Once again history shows us it is great listening, because not paid attention to the opinion of Simon, and the reverse was marginalized and turned into a lonely soul, without know he was the only one able of decipher the mystery in the island.
Extreme violence could cause serious problems even death as was the case with Roger, who was very embarrassed by the lack of moral standards, and the consequence of all this ended up being the death of Piggy, for this reason is important heard to the people, have a conversation with them and respect the opinions of each one.
In the life we can find many friends, but very few real friends, a real fiend is who is with us in good times and bad times, never fails us and always support us, make us see our mistakes, and help us to grow as people.

CONCLUSION:
I have a conclusion that there is not a human being evil since birth, this depends on the environment in which it develops and the values their parents have taught, this defect may also be for the mistakes of the world´s values, as well as the pressure that prevents the person reason alone.     
The human can not live in a society without standards and without laws that regulate their behavior.

ANSWER TO E-MAIL

Hello Lee
Is a pleasure for me to know how are you in Ethiopia, I imagine it will be very sad return, but you have to do. I think that is a good idea to write a book about your experiences, because you will show a lot of people how is the life in this place, besides you could make a collection books of each one of your best experieces.
About of your student for my no problem, I will show her some places very interesting in my country, but is important that you send me more detailed information about her so I can recognize.
I tell you that I changed my trip, I'm not going on summer holidays, I have planned to go to Israel at the end of this year, and I have been researching the culture of Israel, their customs, language, food, and more principal aspects about this state, for which I think that I will go really well in my trip, besides this I have the support of my parents as long as I didn't dafraud to them.
Then I would travel by December 8th, I would take the flight in the morning, when I arrive there, I will take a car to carry me to the hotel where I'm going to make the reservation, this hotel called Beit Zaman Hotel & Resort is five star, offers roon with 19th century-style furniture and satellite TV, has an indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, these are the characteristics that I need of a hotel.
I would be in Israel for three months, and then I would return to Ecuador with my family, that is all about of my future trip.

INVESTIGATION ABOUT OF ESPE SERVICES "THE X-COPIES IN THE LIBRARY

1.- THE RESEARCH QUESTION
Is the staff of the x-copies in the library of the Army Polytechnic School organized, for give a good service to their students?

2.- HYPOTHESIS
Null Hypothesis (Ho)
The organization in the x-copies staff, don’t impact in give a good service to the students.
Alternative Hypothesis (Ha)
The organization in the x-copies staff, impact in give a good service to the students.

3.- CONDUCT AND EXPERIMENT TO TEST HYPOTHESIS
We have made an interview to some students that use this service, and we asked the following:
·         “Do you think that the staff of the x-copies in the library are organized for give you a good service?”
·         “What do you think they have to improve?”

Also we ask to the staff of the x-copies these questions
·         “Do you think that you offer a good service to the students?”
·         “What do you think you can improve?”
Finally we film them making their job when had a significant number of students.

4.- ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS
In the interviews the students told us that they don’t are satisfied with the service because the staff need more practice, have to work faster and the students think that they don’t realize about the time that the students have in breaks.
In the staff interview they told us, they think are organized and do a good job, But they need that the students help them too. 
While we were filming the staff, we noticed that they don’t have specific functions and there are only two persons in the hours that are more students, that is why the service is too slow. Also they need more equipments and personal.
After de experiment we determinate that the students are not satisfied with the service and the staff of the x-copies are not organized.
With the results we ruled out the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis, that is: Ha- The organization in the staff of the x-copies, impact in give a good service to the students.

REPORT
Justification
We did this research because we have observed that the x-copies staff don’t cover the students expectations, so the students are disappointed.
To identify the problem we listen the complains of our classmates and other persons that use this service. Also by our personal experience.

Theory
Organization: The organization is the result of coordinate, arrange and manage the resources available (human, financial, physical and others) and necessary action, in such a way as to achieve objectives. 

Staff: Human capital is one of the main elements of the companies. Therefore, the development of social responsibility policies, organizations will commit to managing sensitive to the needs of their workers. Reconciliation measures and equality are important tools that improve employee motivation and work environment, increasing the productivity of the company

Customer service: Is the set of interrelated activities that offers a supplier to the customer gets the product at the time and place and to ensure proper use of it.

Efficiency:  The efficiency comes from the Latin word efficientia which in Spanish means, action, forceproduction. Is defined as the ability to have someone or something to get a particular effect. Not to be confused with effectiveness defined as the ability to achieve the desired effect or are.

Experiment
·         We did some interviews to the students and the x-copies staff.

  • ·         The staff don’t take in count the time that the students have available to use the service.
  • ·         The x-copies staff need to have a better organization.
  • ·         The staff don’t have specific functions to each person.
  • ·         The x-copies staff told us that they are very satisfied with this research and they are going to take in count this to improve the service.


Recommendations
  • ·         Add more persons to the staff, in hours that are more students trying to use that service.
  • ·         Take in count that the students only have fifteen minutes during the break, and have to walk a long distance between the central building and the library.
  • ·         Assign to each person in the staff a specific function to be more efficient.
  • ·         Put a suggestion box to know complains and necessities of the students to improve constantly.

Activity 1

USE 1 Completed Action Before Something in the Past


The Past Perfect expresses the idea that something occurred before another action in the past. It can also show that something happened before a specific time in the past.

Examples:
  • I had never seen such a beautiful beach before I went to Kauai.
  • I did not have any money because I had lost my wallet.
  • Had Susan ever studied Thai before she moved to Thailand?
  • She only understood the movie because she had read the book.

USE 2 Duration Before Something in the Past (Non-Continuous Verbs)


With Non-Continuous Verbs and some non-continuous uses of Mixed Verbs, we use the Past Perfect to show that something started in the past and continued up until another action in the past.

Examples:
  • We had had that car for ten years before it broke down.
  • By the time Alex finished his studies, he had been in London for over eight years.
